This is why we emphasize flow so much. Life comes in waves of all sizes, shapes, emotions and its important to listen to our inner flow to do what helps most in the moment. 

Even though Daily is in our title it doesn't imply you are only achieving growth if you do it daily.

It simply implies the nature of the journal we mean to imply; a regular, simple, daily moment journal. 

Our advocacy lies in small uses whether that is daily, periodically, or whenever you need it.

Hear me out. With something we've all probably gone through, school.
