Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If something wasn’t quite right with your order, you can request a return below and we'll get back to you promptly. (typically within 24-48 hours)

Return Window:

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within the timeframe specified for that product. Most items have a 30-day return window, but some products may have 60 days. Please check the product page for the exact return period.

Return Shipping:

We will cover return shipping on orders returned within the eligible return period of purchase. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item is in its original condition and packaging, and includes a proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can submit a request directly in your account and follow the instructions, or email us at hello.waveswellness@gmail.com. 

We aim to respond as quickly as possible (typically within 24–48 hours.)

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Any relevant photos or videos 

Once we review your request and determine the best solution, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us by email here or send us a message at +1 (304)-301-9438.
