We’re here to help! If something wasn’t quite right with your order, you can request a return below and we'll get back to you promptly.

Please make sure your item qualifies for a return under our policy: Return and Refund Policy

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case, we’ll cover the cost and may provide a prepaid return label if required. 

Important Notes:

Items must be in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Final sale items, hygiene and personal care items are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your product can be returned don't hesitate to contact us at hello.waveswellness@gmail.com 

Returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

To start a return:

Login to the account you placed the order with or reach out to us at hello.waveswellness@gmail.com 

When contacting us, please include:

1- Your order number


2- The item(s) you wish to return


3- The reason for the return


4- Any relevant photos, videos, or supporting info (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return or refund request, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If it is, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
