All of this is true. But unless you understand something and truly see why it is there is no way it will work for you. This is like telling a child, without a license or knowledge of McDonalds, to drive there and get you a quarter pounder. It simply doesn't work.

In this post I'm going to reveal 7 universal, natural laws our body and minds are governed by - not societal standards we make ourselves - but real laws that shape our internal rhythm, reality, and what we make out of life. 

We're talking about how to make your dreams reality - the ones you think and worry about which can be made real.

Obviously it takes time, you didn't learn English all at once, if you did you probably wouldn't be understanding my words as comprehensively as you are now. 

You also didn't just go from baby to adult in one day, so understand commitment, small steps,  and focus is necessary. 

The knowledge of these laws as well as whether you choose to align to them will help bring the life you wish to embody into your reality effortlessly and meaningfully. 

These 7 Natural Laws are inspired by the ancient Hermetic teachings — timeless principles found across spiritual and psychological traditions.

1. Law of Mentalism - “Everything begins in the mind.”🧠

What you think about, you will move towards. This law states that your reality is only mental.

Think about daily life - driving, eating, learning, training - everything begins in the mind. You don’t move until you’ve thought about moving.

For example: The thing you want to achieve, let's say its good health. Without thinking about good health (and positively that is, this is about flow and attraction, the second piece) its unlikely good health is an outcome you'll move towards.

Whereas if you simply cannot take your mind off it, whether positive or negative, it will show up and how determines whether you felt positive or negative. 


2. Law of Gender - “Focus + Flow = Ideal Creation.”🌊☀️

Focus is direction; flow is feeling. You need both to create.

An example is taking a shower.

The actual action and intention of a shower, that is male energy.

But when you get naked, step into the tub, lather, and so on that's flow and female energy. Focus is like the goal and each step you physically take to get there, while flow is the experience or feeling you make of it. 

We also have two primary minds likened to this concept - The subconscious (female energy, past, emotional mind) and the conscious (male energy, learning/attentive mind, logical).

This focus + flow concept is also a proven psychological concept for meaningful living and happiness. You need it in order to create life harmoniously. 

A simple definition would be in order to create your dream life or achieve anything you need to focus on the specific outcomes it entails (like maybe a nice body, good holistic wellness/health, and stability or financial freedom) and then you need to flow with each action by remembering why your doing it, and regardless of circumstances, let that why fuel your steps and expansion rather than the outcome.

Your internal state reflects your outward perception.

Think about it this way: You are so angry at someone for something they did to you, let's say your coworker ignored you when you said hi.

In your head, your seeing this as your way - what the hell, what did i do, why are they smiling at me when they just ignored me, screw them.

And then you will start worrying, wondering, doubting every time you walk by them.

But your coworker? They didn't hear you.

And they go by the day smiling at you because they never heard you and think everything is fine.

This shows how much we really are seeing our own thoughts and what's inside of us rather than what's actually happening. 


4.  Law of Attraction/Vibration - "What you feel, you attract. Where attention goes, energy flows."🧲

This is one of the most popular laws - the law of attraction.

Likened to a magnet, it states that when you become or move into the state of the person who has your desires they have no choice but to materialize.

This is true. It has to do with emotions or experiences though. 

Think of it this way. If you placed yourself in your future, that person would be focused on and therefore thinking and experiencing or feeling different things.

They would simply see different things and if you've heard "where attention goes, energy flows" then you'll understand.

Actually a great example would be to now place your attention elsewhere (and then come back obviously) Think about a positive feeling, maybe a person, place thing whatever you want and really just focus on it and how it makes you feel. 

Do you see how that idea is now expanding into your experience? Even as you read this, if you weren't paying attention, what would you understand and therefore take with you? How much of an impact do you think focus and (ideal) emotion makes?


5.  Law of Polarity - “Everything has its opposite.”☀️🌙

This law states the existence of bad and good, fundamentally, opposites.

In this world, there is opposite states.

For instance light and dark, up and down, left and right and then there's everything in between.

Fundamentally these (light and dark, up and down) are simply just ways to measure and navigate reality.

What this actually means for your reality is that if you are negative or positive or maybe anything in between you have the potential to move anywhere on this, lets call it, scale.

Let's say you are having a "bad" day, you know that, only because you know what a "good" day is and that day does not necessarily feel like a good one.

If you know what a good day is, then you can make your bad day good, by shifting your attention to what constitutes as good in your reality. 


Law of Cause & Effect - Nothing happens by chance.”⚖️

This law states that there is a cause to every effect.

If someone honks at you, there is a cause. If you experience luck in a situation there is a cause.

Karma is balance, and what you give you will get. This is harmony in our world.

If we never got what we gave we would not take responsibility or understand the implications of the choices we make on the experiences we have.

So simply, don't act or make choices that you wouldn't want back.

And start becoming the cause rather than effect by implying your intentions on your reality.

Take your energy and attention back from external stressors (and I know how hard this can be which is why you need to get into learning mode even if that starts with just 1 minute) and place it on yourself.

For instance, thinking about food? Place your attention back to the feeling of being hungry within driving that external outcome.


7. Law of Rhythm - “Everything flows in cycles.”🌊

Life has rhythm - from your heartbeat to the seasons, from sunrise to sunset.

We’re born, we grow, we peak, we rest. The sun and moon keep their dance, and light and dark never fail to return.

Your life is cyclical, patterned, and guided by the same intelligence that moves the tides.

When you feel “good,” it’s because you’ve known “bad.” Growth naturally gives way to rest, and rest prepares the next season of expansion.

Example: Thinking about getting a burger - finding a way and eventually getting a burger. Without the thought or it directed elsewhere like a burrito, a burger is unlikely.

2. Law of Gender☀️🌙

In order to create, achieve and reach your goals meaningfully and with lasting happiness you need focus + flow. This means knowing your goal  and its purpose in your life + feeling your intention (why your doing that thing) each time you do it. 

Example: Wanting a nice physique and good health - doing fitness - feeling the act of getting a nicer physique and health every time you do regardless of what circumstances may tell or show you. Because as the directing power, you know where you're going. 

Takeaway: To create something meaningful, blend focus (your goal) with flow (your why).


3. Law of Correspondence🪞

In = Out. Your not seeing reality as it is your seeing it as you are. If you want to change something, you have to start at its source, which will always be within. 

Example: Feeling stressed about not being where you want to be. You have to change the story your telling yourself in order to actually start moving towards a different direction.  Usually this happens when we hate how we are living so much we have no choice but to pay attention to it. And that will determine our next move.

Takeaway: Change your inner story to change what you perceive.

Tip: Start with changing what your focused on, why, and how that feels better and coming back to it repeatedly even with discomfort. (the minds job is to keep you comfortable but that doesn't really help you grow)


4. Law of Attraction/Vibration⚛️

What you dominantly feel, about yourself and your life,  you naturally will expand and get more of. When you become aware of what that is you can shift it to what you want. 

Example: If you feel strongly or have had strong emotional experiences of being unworthy, well heck every experience may just as well point you in the same direction.

Let's compare two people. One has been told they are amazing, that they can achieve anything they can set their mind too. The other has been constantly told their stupid, and unworthy. How do you think each will act, think, and feel about themselves? That is, naturally. 

Takeaway: Feel the emotion of your desired reality — that’s how it becomes real.


5. Law of Polarity⚖️

Everything has opposites. You only know what's "bad" because you've been taught what's "good" and each provides a different feeling within your body. 

Example: Bad day = focusing and keeping your attention on what's bad. Good day = focusing and keeping your attention on what's good. 

Takeaway: When you’re in a “bad” moment, it’s just the contrast helping you find balance.

Tip: This is automatic. We can ignore these by neutralizing them, not calling anything good or bad. Or when you feel bad, you can accept it, and then choose to look at what's good, even with the bad existing. Naturally you will expand and live more of what feels good.


6. Law of Cause & Effect➡️⬅️

Karma is real, what you give, you get. Every outcome in your life has a cause, and it starts with your own energy, actions, or mindset. This isn’t about fear, but about taking responsibility and creating harmony.

Example: When you act out of love, you attract more love. When you fall into mindless scrolling, it’s often because you’ve built the habit of escaping rather than observing what’s really driving your actions.

Takeaway: Be intentional with what you give, it always returns.


7. Law of Rhythm🌊

Everything moves in cycles - the tides, the seasons, your own emotions. Life naturally rises and falls. When you become aware of these rhythms, you understand that change is constant and patterns reveal truth.

Example: If you keep repeating the same habits or experiences, ask what’s causing that rhythm. What energy or belief keeps the cycle going?

☀️How to actually apply these laws in daily life terms so you can manifest the life you want. 

(but make it fun along the way; the goal is always in the magic of the journey not just the destination.)

To start, I'm going to say to create the life you  desire you will mainly need to apply and understand Mentalism, Gender, Correspondence and Attraction, they kind of overlap. You can use the others for self awareness, growth, and understanding which helps too, all in all.

🌊Law of Mentalism

Think more about what you do want, in the way you would want it. Think less of what you don't want. If you want something, start thinking about it, in the way you would want it to show up. 

For instance: Good health. I'm so happy and grateful I have the ability to wake up and change my state of health and I'm so glad to be making those changes now and I just feel the vibrant radiance of good health taking over my life. Keep thinking it. It will happen, be delusional, its necessary. The brain cannot tell what's imaginary or what's real. It forms with repetitions. You simply just need to repeat it. Belief makes this much faster and easier. However repetition brings that on anyways.

🌊Law Of Gender

Focus + Flow is needed in all you want to achieve or bring into your life. Think more about what you want, why you want it, and focus on that during the steps you take to get it. 

Example: Good health. Focus first on why you want good health, then with each step you take to get it, immerse yourself into the feeling of getting better health each time you do it.

🌊Law of Attraction/Vibration

Feel like that person who has the life you want in order to get it. In your life, what does {your dream life/ goal achievement} make you think, feel, and act like? What are your habits?

This is why we take action, because it brings us closer to feeling like that person, in one way or another each step adds to that energy that says "yes i am going there and i am this person."

You don't even need to. Use anything, a cup of tea for example, can be your ritual for getting healthy. That's all you need to move you closer and even without action if you can know that you are already taking the steps and doing what's necessary and deeply believe then you will bring those aligned experiences in faster. 

Example: Wanting to be fit or rich. Taking small steps that make you feel that way, intentionally thinking and feeling in that direction positively is what really makes that shift, the action is simply the effect or outcome. 


🌊Law of Correspondence

In = out. You do not see what is, you see what you are. You see the past, what you think feel and believe. If you want to achieve something you must start at the source of your focus, thoughts and feelings. From there action can flow, and habits come after, and your new character and life develops!

Example: Good Health. To become someone with good health, place your attention and focus on it, bring it back when it steers towards the past non truth (your brain will try to pull you in the past, saying you are unhealthy, not worthy, whatever it may be, anything to detract you from believing that you are someone with good health) you have to bring your focus back to your intention. And when you focus on the good direction of your goal, naturally everything will fall into place.

Opposites must exist. To know one thing is to know its other. This law simply helps us with understanding the nature of the life we live. The purpose is not to diminish any end or opposite but accept them both as part of a larger scale and keep moving forward. 

Example: Feeling bad, knowing this, because you have felt good before. Switching to what feels good by placing your attention there if you'd like or simply being in a state of acceptance of both experiences which come and go.

Every effect has a cause, nothing happens by chance. If you are wondering why something has happened ask yourself what within you has caused it. You can use this law to understand why things happen and also how you can be the 'cause' rather than the 'effect'.

Example: Mindless scrolling which has taken a toll on your mental health. The cause is likely our automatic tendency to do what helps us escape our life or get a moment of relief from the noise. It doesn't do that though and that effect is caused by our own tendency to not be present. 


🌊Law of Rhythm 

Life is cyclical it goes in patterns, seasons change for a reason, change is the only constant and its necessary.

Change is here to teach us something. The seasons bloom, decline, and repeat again. Your body goes through these same changes.

The point is to learn from them and adapt to the season to grow and get what we need from it. We can also follow our own flow, and ignore the seasons and stay grounded into presence and neutrality.

This is another reason journaling and meditation works so well, because in essence you are no longer identifying with your issues and reprogramming the same story but you're looking into it, which makes space for another calmer more aligned one.

The two laws I recommend starting out with mastering is mentalism and attraction. In simple terms pay attention to what your paying attention to and how you are paying attention to it.
