Waves reached out to be to be an early tester and I was honestly so happy cuz i love wellness, health and everything to do with it. This journal has been my space to grow, find the positive and shift to more energy daily. I journal alot and have many others for other purposes like a regular one, dream one etc. I especially love this one because it gives me a structured space each day to move towards a positive mindset specifically, and that really changes and radiates out on every other aspect of my life, eventually as I continued to make those small shifts, I noticed my focus and perspective would shift naturally to what feels better. Its a beautiful design which I especially love for my journals. I know they are adding more pages in the revised version so I will be purchasing it again and reccomend especially for beginners or those looking for daily boosts! Its a short small journey that takes you towards better. Also love the drawing/ coloring/holistic space because sometimes i feel like visuals are better to describe my emotions and im just a drawer too🤷♀️
