Affirmation (Say out loud)
Write down and repeat for maximum impact.
I am motivated, focused, and proud of myself for taking steps towards my goals.
I celebrate each win and enjoy the journey.
Daily Prompts
• Why do I want to improve today?
• What does improvement look like for me today?
• What small steps can I take (focusing on just one step at a time) to feel like I am improving today?
• How can I ensure that I do these steps today?
(Whether that’s writing them down, noticing your deeper why, or creating the environment that’s most likely for success.)
At the end of the day, reflect on what felt good, what didn’t, and how doing this new habit makes you feel.
Prompts
• To track habits, take note of the feelings you'd like to bring into your life.
• Then, write a short entry on why they matter to keep you motivated.
• Next, list small sustainable habits that allow both growth and flow, aligning with those feelings.
• Lastly, create a table where you can track your small wins daily.

Tip
Progress and momentum matter more than perfection. Momentum is sustainable — and so is what you want.
Your habits take time to create, so be gentle with yourself. Appreciate your small wins and the very desire to create them. Keep going, even if it’s just 5 minutes a day; it counts and makes a big impact.
If you miss a day
If you miss a day, that's completely fine. Meet yourself with compassion, understanding, and gentleness. Write down what led to you not doing it that day, and note how you can ensure you take just the next step that moves you forward the next day. This is not a race; it’s a journey made of small steps.
(Bonus) Mini Challenges
-
Visualize the best version of yourself — what do their habits look like? How are they improving or growing each day? Immerse yourself in that visual.
-
Think about how you can align yourself with those feelings and actions in daily life.
-
Write about this best version of yourself, their habits, and reread it each day.
Why it Works
The brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined experiences.
It simply takes in sensory signals and makes its best guess based on the past and your expectations or beliefs.
When you vividly engage your senses, you call in new experiences and feelings that show up as real in the body.
