  • Why do I want to feel that way?

  • What can I do today to make me feel like the version of myself who has accomplished my goals?

  • What do I need to do in order to stay focused and productive today (whether that's reducing distractions, playing peaceful/uplifting music, setting the right mindset for my action) in order to move towards what being productive means for me?

Prompts

  • What does productivity mean to me?

  • What are my big goals?

  • What smaller goals can I use along the way to measure my success?

Tip

To set goals, start with what feelings you'd like to bring into your life.

Then think about what actions will make you feel the happiest while doing them when bring this feeling into your daily life.

Next write them down or keep them where you can see them, then take small steps everyday (because it is hard to create new habits, be gentle, release standards, you don't need to be perfect and your goals do not demand that of you, they just demand you show up) even 5 minutes counts and makes a difference. Do what will make you feel best.

For being productive, it comes from having a purpose to work towards, what do you want and why? Let this fuel your day and actions. The daily prompts above will open your mind to this.

(Bonus) Mini Challenges

  • Uplift your goals by giving them positive mindset fuel to them. You can write them down with short positive affirmations to keep you focused and optimistic.

Why it works: Our mindset and feelings shape our behavior and outcomes. When you instill a positive mindset you are signaling to your mind the feeling of your behavior and its outcome in advance, and this works both ways.

  • Create to-do lists each night as it can not only help you sleep faster by reducing overthinking and but instills planning, intention, and organization for the next day.

Why it works: By planning the most important tasks we have ahead of us it can reduce worry and overthinking for the next day. Apart from that, it helps give yo structure and momentum for the next day.

  • Track your wins by writing down the steps you took each day, and how it feels to be moving towards that feeling you desire to call in.

Why it works: This will help you focus on small wins and celebrate your progress along the way. When we only measure progress by an outcome, which can take time, it reduces motivation and peace during the steps along the way. By celebrating small wins you are motivating and adding joy to the steps along the way, making the outcome.

Turn your growth into a daily ritual that motivates, uplifts, and sustains.
